When receiving the photo you provide with your order, our team of designers will cut around your pet's face and use that for the design you've chosen for your Personalized Retractable Leash. If you have any special requests (like wanting your pet's whole body to be used in the design) please use the "Notes For Your Designer" section to make them.
Through our courier partner, we offer a door-to-door delivery service for R89.00 per order.
Orders over R550.00 are delivered for FREE.
Your order will usually take anywhere between 3 - 10 business days from when you place your order to delivering your order.
Yes you can! We offer a collection service from our offices in Lanseria and you can select this option at checkout when placing your order.
Frequently Asked Questions
Step 1: Order process
Once the order is placed, it is accepted on our system. Our system will generate an order number and we will send an email confirmation to the customer.
Step 2: Design process
Your order is sent through to one of our designers, who then creates the pair of socks and sends the design through to our production team for printing.
Step 3: Print process
Once the production team has the design, they print and ready the artwork for the press machines.
Step 4: Press process
After the artwork is printed and prepped for the press, our production team presses the artwork onto the sock, checks for abnormalities, and readies the order for packaging.
Step 5: Packing process:
Once your order has been pressed, and no abnormalities identified, the production team readies the order for packaging. The labels are attached and placed in an official courier bag, ready for collection. This is the part of the process where you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Step 6: Delivery process:
After the packing is complete, the courier will collect all the orders and process the packages at their depot. They will deliver the parcel to you.
Your order will usually take anywhere between 2 - 4 business days from when you place your order to delivering your order.

1) Collection:
You have the option to collect your order if you live in the Johannesburg/Pretoria area.

2) Standard delivery:
Standard delivery will occur in the allocated lead time between 2 - 4 business days.
3) Expedited delivery:
You do have an option to expedite your order under certain circumstances. However, this will come with an additional fee over and above your order.
Absolutely, yes! We can print any picture of your pet, whether you want your cute doggo, kitten, bird, fish, or frog.
If you would like your loved ones on the socks, that is definitely possible too.
Additionally, we can put a company logo, personal logo, or symbols on your socks!
At the moment, we have a "one size fits all" for adults. However, shortly, we will be expanding our product range to include a variation of kids' and adult-sized socks, as well as other awesome products to add to your collection.
